Caitlin Samson, MSACN, MS is a Clinical Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist with more than 10 years of experience helping clients get healthy and stay healthy. As a nine-time marathoner and homebirth mom of three Caitlin understands how important nutrition is for optimal performance as well as motherhood! Caitlin’s background is in medical research, health coaching, personal training, and nutritional counseling. Caitlin takes a holistic, individualized approach to her client’s health, and some of her interests include chronic illness, digestive wellness, Lyme disease, fatigue, anxiety and depression, children's health, and preconception nutrition.
